At Feel Free Counseling, we support individuals in embracing vulnerability as a path to release past hurt, anxiety, trauma, and shame, so they can reconnect with their inner strength and move toward wholeness.

Therapeutic Focus
I work with individuals experiencing:
- General stress management and coping skills
- Anxiety and overwhelm
- Low self-esteem and self-doubt
- Job and career stress
- Relationship challenges
- Life transitions and decision-making
Communication Style
I value clear, compassionate communication and believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for healing. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported in your journey.
Goals
My goal is to empower you with the tools and insight to move through life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I’m here to walk alongside you—offering support, guidance, and a fresh perspective—as you navigate your personal journey toward growth, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

What to expect in our first session
Our first session is all about connection. We’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in, explore your goals, and work collaboratively to start shaping a personalized plan that feels right for you.
This is also your space to ask questions, express any concerns, and get a feel for how I work. My hope is that you’ll leave our first conversation feeling heard, supported, and empowered to take the next step toward growth and healing.
My Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and School Counseling and a PhD in Family Studies. My passion for mental health began when I took my first psychology class in high school, a moment that sparked a lifelong journey. Since counseling roles weren’t easy to find in high school (go figure!), I pursued higher education, deepening both my knowledge and my sense of purpose at each stage.
Through my academic and personal growth, I’ve come to believe that life often feels like a journey without a complete map. It can be disorienting, overwhelming, or isolating. My goal is to support individuals in finding tools to navigate, redirect, and reorient their path. I would be deeply honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
